Brokerage Event @ Smart Manufacturing Matchmaking 2020

provides a unique opportunity to meet company managers, researchers and scientists who are working in the area of Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0. It is also an important opportunity to stay updated on the latest matching advanced technologies, innovation demand from institutions and cities, new applications from SMEs, and technical challenges faced by large companies. The BE@SMM2020 will be organized as a virtual matchmaking event, this means that all 1:1 meeting will be held online through web. You do not need any additional software, only an up-to-date web browser, a microphone and a webcam.

The brokerage event is part of Smart Manufacturing Matchmaking 2020 Virtual Edition, that in addition to BE@SMM2020 includes the following integrated set of events:

The Webinars 4.0 @SMM2020: will be held by specialists for each sector concerned and will take place on 18, 19 and 20 November. For participation in the webinars the platform will be activated later, after completing the program.

Award @SMM2020 Virtual Edition: provides for an “Open Innovation” session with Large Companies and one with financing of innovative projects. Online applications will be acquired and the best selected proposals will be invited to pitch, always online, which will determine the winners for each of the competitions.

Virtual Exhibition @SMM2020: will be active from November and will remain active until the next edition of Smart Manufacturing Matchmaking. It will be open to innovative projects and demonstrators proposed by SMEs. The management of the virtual showcase will be managed directly by SPIN.

The Virtual Company Missions @SMM2020: will be activated on specific Industry 4.0 topics and will include virtual presentations by one or more companies to other invited companies or research groups. At the end of the presentations, the previously scheduled one-to-one meetings will be activated.
