SPIN – Ricerca Innovazione e Trasferimento Tecnologico together with Artémat will organize a Company Mission on Gamification tools for training, recruitment and talent attraction activities
The name itself explains what Artémat does: “Art” for creativity, “Mat” for rationality. Their mission is to make training, recruitment and talent attraction activities more like game in order to make them more engaging and interesting. They design, develop and implement Gamification tools (Business Game, Skillgame and Web InBasket) in order to stimulate, evaluate and boost the technical and soft skills of the participants (employees, young talents or graduates).
Artémat is a strategic partner of big companies, designing and managing training, recruitment, assessment, talent attraction and employer branding activities.
They will present the following tools:
Business Games are innovative, engaging and unconventional managerial tools that allow to reproduce the dynamics and logic of a specific business scenario. The participants, grouped in teams, face a common competitive situation in order to stimulate the application of their problem solving, creativity, strategic analysis and decision-making skills.
Skillgame is a web based tool for hard skills evaluation that allows to rank, in an easy and quick way, the user’s skills about specific thematic areas. Skillgame maps the profile/ranking of each user, generating a detailed report.
Web InBasket® is the single-player simulation platform for the assessment of soft skills. The user has the opportunity to experience in “real-time” the typical situations of a manager: managing meetings, replying to emails and chats, activating networking, analysing and processing documents and communicating in conference calls.
The company mission will include:
- Company presentation
- Digital matchmaking, 1:1 business meetings with Company Mission participants. (Matchmaking session from 3 pm to 6 pm CET)
